Harvested in spring, Karin is a first-harvest matcha blended from tea leaves grown in Kyoto and Kagoshima. It offers a delicate sweetness and a smooth, balanced character, with very little bitters. Its vibrant green colour and refined flavour make it a lovely matcha for preparing traditional usucha – a moment of pure Japanese tea pleasure.
