2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the website mistteas.com, by email, or by phone.

3. Product Information
Mist guarantees the quality of its products, including tea and accessories, which are sourced directly from reliable producers, primarily in Taiwan. Variations in taste or appearance are normal due to artisanal production methods.

4. Prices and Payment
The prices listed on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping is available for orders over €50 within Belgium. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, although international deliveries may take longer.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Complaints
In the case of defects or complaints, the customer must contact Mist within 14 days of delivery. A solution will be sought within 10 working days.

8. Liability
Mist is not liable for indirect damage due to delayed delivery or product defects.

9. Applicable Law
Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Mechelen.
