Harvested by Chien and his family in Luye, Taitung Taiwan.
Red Oolong is an experiment mixing oolong and black tea processing. The tea is rolled and fermented like a black tea, but has the traditional oolong-processing steps of "killing the green" and roasting. Red Oolong has a natural honey flavor, a ripened longan fruit aroma and a silky body that is nectar-like. Try the Cold Brew method, you'll be surprised!
