Profile: This light roasted Oolong is nicely balanced and perfect to drink throughout the day. You will enjoy a creamy feel, fruity flavors, a sweet aftertaste and a clean finish.

Water: 85 - 90°
Traditional way:
1 g of tea leaves per 30 ml - 2,5 min
Up to 3 infusions with the same leaves
Western way:
 5 g per 300 ml - 4 min

We were looking forward to meet Ray and his wife Tara at their tea farm in Meishan, a lush green village in the famous Alishan mountain area. Last year we already met Ray's father. Because we couldn't express ourselves in Chinese to him, his tea had to speak for itself. We were so blown away about these unique flavors that we really wanted to go back this year. So after being in contact (in English) with them for a year, we finally met Ray and Tara. Now we're not only blown away about the quality of their tea, but also about their philosophy and approach of running the tea farm.
